I've been there! I gained 20kg in my first pregnancy and went on an emotional eating spiral during my postpartum period. I was recovering from a traumatic birth, suffering with a severe psoriasis flare up, a baby who hated sleep AND it was the dreaded Covid lockdown.
A year later I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight and feeling stronger than ever - both mentally and physically. I took control of my thoughts and used those to drive the changes I needed to make with my behaviour.

✅ Learning and recognising how your female cycle, contraception, pregnancy and postpartum periods could be impacting your behaviours and contributing to your weight loss struggles.
✅ Understanding how movement, sleep and stress intertwine with your weight loss journey and identify easy steps you can take to reduce the effect they have on your weight.
