I've been there! I gained 20kg in my first pregnancy and went on an emotional eating spiral during my postpartum period. I was recovering from a traumatic birth, suffering with a severe psoriasis flare up, a baby who hated sleep AND it was the dreaded Covid lockdown.

A year later I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight and feeling stronger than ever - both mentally and physically. I took control of my thoughts and used those to drive the changes I needed to make with my behaviour.

Throughout the course of your coaching package, I walk you step by step through the ENTIRE process that has enabled myself and dozens of clients to lose weight. The process is made personalised to you to meet you where you are with your current journey. Examples of areas that are included:

✅ Learning and recognising how your female cycle, contraception, pregnancy and postpartum periods could be impacting your behaviours and contributing to your weight loss struggles.

✅ Understanding how movement, sleep and stress intertwine with your weight loss journey and identify easy steps you can take to reduce the effect they have on your weight.

My name is Dr Aishah Iqbal.

With extensive experience over the last decade as a Personal Trainer, Medical Doctor, NLP and Transformational Coach, I have developed a unique perspective on sustainable weight loss.

No diets, no restriction, no judgement, no misery - I'm here to provide a support and guidance for women at all stages seeking to lose weight naturally and permanently. My approach focuses on educating you about a holistic method that extends far beyond traditional dieting.
