Hi, I'm Aishah, and welcome to my little corner of the web!
I wear many different hats (or, more accurately, many different coloured headscarves): I'm a medical doctor, postpartum weight loss coach, NLP practitioner, transformational health coach, personal trainer, content creator, avid traveller, gardening enthusiast, and self-taught chef and baker.
But, there is one role that has truly shaped my life and mission:
I am a mum to two perfect little humans.
It's since becoming a mum that hands on experiences of personal health issues (thank you ol' friend Psoriasis and her autoimmune minions) has led me to believe even more deeply that we must put our health behaviours and habits at the top of the priority list. To create the flourished and nourished motherhood you want, your health has to be a priority.
So my mission is to help you do exactly that:

On this blog, and across my social media channels, I share practical tips, healthy recipes, inspiring stories, and expert advice, creating a safe and supportive space where mums can discover how to achieve their health goals, build confidence, and make lasting, positive changes.
I've always been passionate about health, fitness, and wellbeing. Medical school was an incredible journey, and I love working as a clinical doctor – but I soon realised that the kind of health support I wanted to offer looked a little different.
While studying medicine, my passion for health and fitness led me to qualify as a personal trainer, allowing me to support women in their fitness journeys. Over time, I realised that true health and sustainable weight management go far beyond a number on the scale. For many, weight loss is more than just losing fat; it’s often a reflection of underlying struggles, challenges, and questions that are hard to articulate.
After years of studying the science behind behaviour change and sustainable weight loss, I’ve created a unique approach that brings together my knowledge and experience in fitness, lifestyle medicine, neurolinguistic programming, and my hands-on experience as a mum. My mission is to help women, especially mums, achieve their weight loss and wellness goals in a way that supports their long-term health, confidence, and happiness.
