Meet Your coach

As an online women’s weight loss coach, I work with professional women who want to lose weight naturally and permanently.

With a combined 10+ years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Medical Doctor and life coach, I’ve designed a unique weight loss coaching programme that replaces the diet mindset and restrictive eating patterns with a holistic, effective approach. Having worked with hundreds of women in my practice, women’s weight loss is something I am passionate about bringing to the forefront in a sustainable, non-judgement and safe way.

By working with me as your weight loss coach, I guide you through a process of understanding your mind, lifestyle and nutrition to help you learn how to lose weight and keep it off. This is not a diet plan - we look at your life through a magnifying glass to assess where all the contributing factors to your weight gain are.

Why is the program application only?

Weight loss coachign is a very personal To ensure you are a good fit for the program and that it is something that will support you on your journey, the program requires an application to be completed and a consultation booked before a space can be offered.

How much time do I need to dedicate to this?

You will have lifetime access to the weight loss coaching program and this includes all the coaching calls. You can go as fast or slow as you want to review the program content depending on your personal circumstances. That being said, time will be needed for you start implementing the different habits and actions.

Will I get a meal plan?

No, you will not be given a meal plan but you will be supported with making changes to your eating habits through guidance, food diary reviews and pointers with making your own meal plan.
